Terms of Service

Welcome to R34.net (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your use of the App, which aggregates content from third-party websites and provides a social media layer for users to interact with such content. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction when you are no longer considered a minor. If you do not meet this requirement, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Purpose of the App

The purpose of the App is to give you the opportunity to create a gallery of your favorite drawings and share your profile as a personal gallery. Among tens of millions of drawings or videos, you'll come across pornographic content. This is a controversial topic, and its legal status varies across the globe. You must check the laws of YOUR jurisdiction and leave immediately if you believe that the law prohibits you from using the App. To prevent the distribution of pornography deemed illegal in your jurisdiction, a default blacklist is applied. You are allowed to make changes to the blacklist only after becoming familiar with your local laws. We cannot be responsible for displaying content that may be considered illegal in your jurisdiction, as it is posted on third-party websites that we do not control. We implement a blacklist system to mitigate this issue to some extent. Using VPNs or similar technologies to bypass jurisdictional restrictions is prohibited. Users agree to respect their local laws and discontinue using the App if they have legal concerns.

3. Content Aggregation & Ownership

The App does not host, own, or control any of the content retrieved from third-party websites. However, the app may store references to such content, like URLs, to enhance functionality and optimize performance. These references do not imply ownership or control over the content itself. All content remains the property of the respective original providers, subject to their own Terms of Service. Users must comply with the terms set by these third-party websites when interacting with content through the App.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may create their own profile (gallery) and engage with content by liking, provided their interactions comply with community standards and legal requirements. Users must not post, share, or promote content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights. The App reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Copyright & DMCA Compliance

The App is an aggregator and does not host or control the content displayed. The third-party websites from which content is aggregated handle their own takedown requests independently. You can learn more about their takedown process here, here, and here. If you wish to have content removed, you should contact the respective third-party website. In most cases, once content is removed from the source, it will automatically be removed from our App. In exceptional cases, if content persists after removal from the original source, you may contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

6. User Accounts & Security

Multiple users are allowed to use one account, but one user is not allowed to create more than one account. Users are allowed to manage their accounts as they wish, including selling, trading, or gifting them. Technically, if OTP recovery is set up and the password is changed, there is no way for the other party to log in except for the new credentials owner. The App is obliged not to interfere with these transactions (e.g., account recovery assistance) to protect the integrity of such market relations. Due to this, we strongly recommend that YOU be extra cautious and responsible when storing your credentials. From our side, we also follow best practices such as encryption when storing your credentials for validation purposes.

7. Premium Currency (gems)

Users can purchase gems as a premium currency. Gems can be spent on premium features or used as votes for tags, artists, and characters in ranking tables. Following other users while having an active premium subscription is allowed as a form of gems transfer operation. We cannot assist in transferring gems between accounts (see “obliged not to interfere” under User Accounts & Security). Purchases of gems are final and non-refundable. Buying gems should be considered a voluntary contribution rather than an entitlement to specific services or benefits.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

The App does not collect email addresses and limits stored personal information to what is necessary for functionality. Data related to user interactions (e.g., likes) is stored to enhance the user experience. The App does not store any form of personally identifiable information (PII). 9. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may include links to external websites. The App is not responsible for their content or policies. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of these third-party services.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App provides aggregated content “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, or suitability. The App is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on content, technical issues, or third-party actions.

11. Changes to Terms

The App reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised ToS.
